About Feedwright
Nine people who post for a living.
We started in 2019 with one camera and a café in Carroll Gardens that needed a reason for people to come back. Today we run 41 feeds a week for brands, founders and agencies across the US, from a studio in Gowanus.
How we got here
From one café to 41 feeds.
Jordan was running social at a Manhattan agency; Priya was cutting documentaries. They met filming a friend’s bakery and noticed the same thing: small brands don’t need a content department. They need a crew that turns up every week.
- 2019
Jordan Ellis and Priya Nair start the studio under their own names, shooting for cafés and bakeries in Brooklyn.
- 2021
The first agency partner signs on, and white-label grows to a third of the work.
- 2023
We move into our own studio by the Gowanus Canal, with a cyc wall, a kitchen set and north light.
- 2026
We become Feedwright: nine people, 41 feeds a week and six agency partners, from Chicago to Austin.
The crew
The people posting as you.
Every account has a named strategist, shooter and community manager from this page. Four part-time moderators, trained on every playbook, cover evenings and weekends. No handoffs to juniors you’ve never met.
Jordan Ellis
Co-founder, strategy
Plans every account’s first 90 days. Ran social at a Manhattan agency for six years before Feedwright.
Priya Nair
Co-founder, head of production
Runs shoot days and the edit suite. Cut documentaries before she cut Reels.
Grace Okafor
Account director, agency partners
Looks after every white-label partner, and joins their client calls as part of their team.
Marcus Bell
Senior video editor
Edits about sixty Reels a month and has an opinion about every cut.
Hana Kim
Designer
Builds each client’s carousel and cover templates, and keeps every feed on brand.
Luis Ortega
Videographer
Shoots most of our location days, from roasteries in Bushwick to hotels in Savannah.
Sofia Alvarez
Community lead
Runs the reply team and writes every client’s reply playbook.
Tom Becker
Community manager
Answers comments and DMs for eleven accounts, usually within four minutes.
Ben Carter
Paid social and reporting
Turns each month into one page, and runs paid social for the clients who add it.
How we work
Four rules we don’t bend.
Hooks before hashtags
The first two seconds decide whether anyone sees the rest, so that’s where most of the work goes.
One link, one yes
Nothing goes live without your approval, and approving a whole month takes about ten minutes.
The credit stays with you
For agencies we’re invisible. For founders it’s your voice, not ours. Either way, our name stays off it.
Small on purpose
We only take on the number of accounts we can run well. When we’re full, we say so and recommend someone good.
The studio
A studio by the canal.
A former printing plant by the Gowanus Canal, with a 14-foot cyc wall, a full kitchen set, north light and far too many tripods. Clients shoot here free on their shoot days.
Come by for a coffee before you decide. Visits are by appointment, Monday through Friday, and we’ll send the address when you book. On the first Thursday of each month we open the studio to clients and neighbors for a drink and a look around; ask us for an invite.

Work with us.
We hire a couple of times a year, always in Brooklyn and always with the salary in the listing. Send a reel or portfolio, and two lines about a feed you love, to hello@feedwright.agency, with the role in the subject line.
