The rules for using this website. If you hire us, your client agreement covers the work itself.
These terms
These terms cover your use of feedwright.agency, run by Feedwright Studio LLC, a New York limited liability company based in Brooklyn (“Feedwright”, “we” or “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.
Using the site
You’re welcome to browse, share links and get in touch. Please don’t try to break, overload or probe the site, copy it in bulk with automated tools, send spam or other people’s details through our forms, or use it for anything unlawful.
Estimates and prices
Prices on this site are in US dollars and don’t include any taxes that may apply. The plan builder gives an estimate, not an offer: a price is only fixed once we confirm it to you in a written proposal. We may change our prices at any time, but a change won’t affect a plan you’ve already agreed in writing until the end of its current term.
Client work
If you hire us, a written agreement governs the work: our master services agreement and a statement of work for brands and founders, or a partner agreement for agencies. It covers deliverables, payment, ownership of the content and confidentiality. If that agreement and these terms ever disagree, the agreement wins.
Our content
The text, design, code, logo and illustrations on this site belong to Feedwright Studio LLC or are used under license. Client work shown here belongs to our clients and appears with their permission. Please don’t copy, adapt or reuse any of it without written permission. Quoting a sentence or two with a link back is fine.
What you send us
When you send us details through a form or by email, you confirm they’re yours to share. Please don’t send confidential information before we’ve signed a non-disclosure agreement; until then we can’t treat it as confidential. We won’t use ideas or material you send us without your agreement.
Other websites
We link to other websites, such as Google Maps. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
Disclaimers
The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it accurate and online, but we don’t promise that it always will be. The results in our case studies are our clients’ results; yours will depend on your brand, your market and your budget, and we don’t guarantee any particular outcome.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Feedwright isn’t liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, and our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to $100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about them will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Kings County, New York, and you and we both agree to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows when they last changed. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms. Questions go to hello@feedwright.agency.
