Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to use this site, and the feeds we make for our clients. If something gets in your way, please tell us.
Our commitment
We want feedwright.agency to work for people who use screen readers, keyboards, voice control, magnification or reduced motion, on any device. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, and we treat accessibility problems as bugs to fix, not features to schedule.
What we’ve done
- Every page works with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline and a “Skip to content” link.
- If your device asks for reduced motion, smooth scrolling, scroll animations, the moving ink in the homepage header and the custom cursor are all switched off.
- The custom cursor only appears with a mouse or trackpad. Touch and keyboard users get the standard behavior.
- Text and buttons are designed to meet AA color contrast, and the layout reflows when you zoom in.
- Headings, landmarks and labels are marked up so screen readers can move through a page by them.
- Every form field has a visible label, errors are announced as they happen, and nothing times out.
- The post previews on our pages are decorative. They’re hidden from screen readers, and what they show is written out in the text around them.
- Video previews are silent, play only while they’re on screen, and stay still if your device asks for reduced motion or data saving.
Known limitations
- Some decorative post previews contain very small text. It repeats information that’s written out nearby.
- The plan comparison table scrolls sideways on narrow screens.
- The map on our contact page is a drawing that links to Google Maps, which has its own accessibility support that we don’t control. The neighborhood is written out as text too.
The feeds we make
We hold the work we publish for clients to the same standard: captions on every video, alt text on every image post, hashtags written in CamelCase so screen readers can read them, and contrast checks on any text we put over photos.
Tell us
If something on this site doesn’t work for you, email hello@feedwright.agency, or send a message from the contact page with your number and we’ll call you back, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern. Tell us the page and what happened, and we’ll reply within two business days. Where we can, we’ll fix the problem, and in the meantime we’ll get you the information another way.
Audits
We designed and built this site to meet WCAG 2.2 AA. It hasn’t had an outside audit or a full screen-reader review yet. When it does, we’ll publish what the review finds here and fix what it turns up. This statement was last reviewed on November 4, 2026.
